KairoTime is made by one person, which means your email lands directly in the builder’s inbox — not a ticket queue. Expect a reply within a day or two.
Before you write
- Check the FAQ — the common questions are answered there.
- For bugs, include your macOS version and what you were doing when it happened.
- Feature ideas are welcome. The bar is high on purpose, but every email gets read.

Worried about your tracked time? Don’t be — it’s all in a local file on your Mac, and you can export everything as CSV or PDF from the app at any time. See the privacy policy for details.
